YOUNGSTOWN - Drivers might want to watch their speed if their travel plans include Midlothian Boulevard near Glenwood Avenue.

A Youngstown Water Department crew blocked off two of the four lanes on Midlothian near the intersection as they repair a water leak Thursday morning.
