Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County to discuss changes to health, safety protocols
The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County (PLYMC) will be making changes to its health and safety protocols for the month of January.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County (PLYMC) will be making changes to its health and safety protocols for the month of January.
PLYMC Strategic Communications Officer, Maggie Henderson tells 21 News that the library plans on issuing a mask requirement for all patrons.
Additionally, the library plans on canceling all in-person programming and meeting rooms for the month of January due to the recent surge in COVID-19 cases.
A press conference will be held on Monday, Jan. 3 outside of the PLYMC Austintown location (600 Raccoon Rd.) weather permitting, where these precautions will be detailed further.
