A Youngstown man has plead guilty to charges related to causing the death of an unborn baby during a police chase.

Damon Cobb, 26, was charged with Aggravated Vehicular Homicide, Vehicular Assault, Failure to Comply with the order of a Police Officer, and Obstructing Justice.

Cobb entered a guilty plea in Judge Maureen Sweeney's court Tuesday morning.

According to an indictment, Cobb was involved in a pursuit with Youngstown Police on May 27th.

That chase resulted in a crash injuring Katrina Betts and causing her pregnancy to be terminated.

The indictment included that Betts had no driver's license at the time of the chase.

Cobb has yet to be sentenced.
