Local auto dealer dies at 88

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - An auto dealer in the Mahoning Valley was pronounced dead on Friday.
Wayne "Bud" Greenwood, founder of Greenwood Chevrolet in Youngstown died on Wednesday, Jan. 12 and his death was officially announced via Greenwood Chevrolet's Facebook Page on Friday. He was 88 years old.
A statement from the dealership on Facebook says that Greenwood died peacefully in Greensburg, Pennsylvania on Wednesday.
The statement goes on to say that Greenwood believed himself to be more than just an auto dealer and that he believed himself to be in "the business of the people."
According to his obituary, Greenwood was an avid fisherman, pilot, hunter, rancher and farmer. He

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 18 at Hancock Funeral Home in Fort Meade, Florida.
