OIL CITY, Pa. - PennDOT has restored speed limits on I-79 and I-80 in Northern Pennsylvania, but drivers should still be cautious while riding on the interstate.

The Department of Transportation said that while crews have been treating roadways, they want to keep roads passable. Roadways will not be completely free of ice and snow while a winter storm event is happening.
