Mercer County, Pa. - The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has lifted the vehicle restriction and speed restrictions for the interstates in Mercer County. 

On Thursday, tier one vehicle restrictions were placed on multiple interstates in Northwest Pennsylvania including I-80 in Mercer County. These restrictions have been lifted as of Friday at noon.

Speed limits were previously reduced to 45 mph on I-80 in Mercer, but as of 3:20, speeds have returned to normal.
