If you've been affected by the Jif peanut butter recall, you can now request a refund.

Jif launched an online refund request page and an 800 number.

The FDA and CDC issued a warning to not eat certain Jif peanut butter products linked to salmonella infections.

The infections have been linked to Ohio and 11 other states.

Fourteen illnesses have been reported with two people being hospitalized across the country.

The last reported illness came on May 1. No deaths have been associated with the outbreak.

FDA recommends that if you have used the recalled Jif brand peanut butter, wash and sanitize surfaces and utensils that could have touched the peanut butter.
