YOUNGSTOWN - The Mahoning County Coroner has released the identity of a man who police beleive was the victim of a "targeted shooting" at a gas station on Youngstown’s South Side.

Keimone Black, 29, was shot just after 3 a.m. at the Shell station on South Avenue, just south of I-680.

An ambulance was told to rush to the scene since the victim was said to be bleeding profusely.

Several police cars cordoned off the crime scene and evidence markers were placed near shell casings found on the ground around a car parked at a gas pump

According to police, Black was shot several times and died from his wounds. 

Black was on the ground next to a white Lincoln SUV that had numerous bullet holes, according to investigators.

They say no arrests have been made.
