Vehicle crashes into Compass West apartment building in Austintown

AUSTINTOWN, Ohio - Austintown Police and Fire were on scene after a vehicle crashed into a Compass West Drive apartment building in Austintown.
Officials on scene told 21 News that a mother and her child were in the car when the brakes failed.
The car struck a first-floor apartment, pushing in the brick wall.
Officials say there was no serious structural damage and no residents are being displaced.
