Son of man found dead in Columbiana pleads not guilty to making false statements
Forty-six-year-old Nathan Tataseo was arrested by Columbiana Police for allegedly knowingly making false statements about the death of his father, 76-year-old James Tataseo.

Last week, 21 News reported on a deceased body that was found on South Elm Street in Columbiana. Now the son of that man is facing Falsification charges for allegedly making false statements about that death.
Forty-six-year-old Nathan Tataseo was arrested by Columbiana Police for allegedly knowingly making false statements about the death of his father, 76-year-old James Tataseo.
Tataseo plead not guilty to those falsification charges in a Columbiana Court Tuesday. His bond is set at $50,000.
Police are continuing to investigate the incident and ruled the circumstances of James's death as "suspicious" in nature.
Police are not releasing any further details at this time.
