Former Canfield band director accused of groping teens pleads not guilty
The former Canfield schools band director that is accused of inappropriately touching two teenagers at an Austintown restaurant has plead not guilty to the charges against him.
Michael Kelly entered a written plea for two counts of sexual imposition.
The restaurant owner reported the alleged incident to police and Kelly was later identified as the suspect and arrested.
Kelly has since resigned his position with Canfield schools.
His next hearing will be held on August 8th.
