EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio - Friends of Beaver Creek State Park will be celebrating the return of Bigfoot on Sunday, July 17.

The organization will be hosting their "Bigfoot Returns" event on Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to noon with a pancake breakfast. The breakfast will cost $7 per person and will consist of buttermilk and blue cornmeal pancakes, as well as sausage.

During this time, various vendors will be present including Honey's Homemade Ice Cream. Additionally, Bigfoot merchandise as well as merchandise for Beaver Creek State Park will be available at the trading post. There will also be a raffle for a Bigfoot fire pit.

Starting at 9:30 a.m., there will be casting and plaster for the first 20 kids. They will be taught how to do casting, and will then be supplied with materials to do their own casting.

At 10:00 a.m. there will be a short walk with Bigfoot researchers where they will explain what exactly they look for during their research.

Starting at noon, these researchers will be speaking more about their research of Bigfoot and what they've found. These researchers include Amy Bue, Jack Warren and Casey Anthony.

Following this, there will be a "town hall" at 3:00 p.m. where guests will have the opportunity to share stories of their encounters with Bigfoot.

Event organizers, Dan and Cindy Lyon tell 21 News that Bigfoot himself just might make an appearance at the event as well.
