The Trumbull County Grand Jury issued a special report on Wednesday to indict a Warren man in connection with a deadly shooting along West Market Street.

Twenty-year-old Dominic Harvey is charged with aggravated murder, and attempted aggravated murder, both with firearm specifications which could mean a harsher penalty if he is convicted.

The indictment also charges Harvey with tampering with evidence and receiving stolen property.

Harvey was arrested six hours after the fatal shooting of 23-year-old Jauton Lee Jr. and wounding of 24-year-old Mitchell Powell near Tod Avenue last Thursday.

Held in jail without bond since his arrest, Harvey faces arraignment before a Judge in Common Pleas Court.

Witnesses report hearing 8 or 9 shots. Police say an AR-15-type rifle was used in the shooting.
