STRUTHERS, Ohio - A Campbell woman has been cited after her car was struck by a train at a railroad crossing in Struthers.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, 53-year-old Aikaterine Maglish was driving along State Street Thursday evening, when her car was on the tracks when both crossing gates lowered.
The car was struck by a train on the passenger side, causing the airbags to deploy.
Maglish was taken to the hospital with injuries troopers say are not life-threatening. She was cited for failing to obey the law for stopping at railroad crossings.
