Warren man accused of setting two fires in the city

A Warren man is accused of setting two fires in that city.
Donald Taylor, 36, was booked into the Trumbull County Jail over the weekend on two counts of arson.
According to Warren Fire Chief Ken Nussle, Taylor is charged in connection with the fire that destroyed a home on the 800 block of Parkman Road on Thursday.
Court records show that the second arson count against Taylor is for a fire in the city from September 20, 2022.
Chief Nussle tells 21 News that Taylor admitted setting fire to a couch that was on the porch of a home on Tod Ave. NW.
The arrest came after the State Fire Marshal posted a photo of an arson suspect, offering a $5,000 reward for his conviction.
The Parkman Road fire was one of four vacant house fires in the city between Thursday and Saturday.
