A suspect accused of murdering a Girard man has been indicted in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas on Tuesday.

According to court records, 18-year-old Keimariyon Ross was indicted on two counts of murder, three counts of attempted murder, three counts of felonious assault and one count of improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle. 

Ross is one of 12 persons of interest police named in connection to the shooting death of 21-year-old Kevin Sobnosky of Girard. Sobnosky was killed at a Sheetz gas station in Columbus on October 30.

Police say Sobnosky was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.
