WARREN, Ohio - Why would someone walk into the Trumbull County Jail lobby, make some rude gestures, and place a statue of a clown on the floor before leaving?  A report from the Sheriff's department doesn't speculate on the reasons for what it describes as "suspicious" activity.

The report says video recorded Monday evening shows the man showing his middle finger to the security camera and leaving the small clown statue on the ground, then making a gun gesture with his hands before showing his middle finger again.

Personnel at the jail said they didn't recognize the man who left the clown statue behind.

The statue was taken into evidence.
