Youngstown Police responded to a caller who claimed that they were going to shoot a man who admitted to having sexual contact with their 15-year-old daughter.

According to a report, Youngstown Police responded to a home on East Chalmers Street on the South Side of Youngstown shortly after 2 p.m. after a mother called police and reported that she was going to shoot a man after he admitted to having sexual intercourse with her 15-year old daughter. Police also received a second call of a woman holding a man hostage on her front porch. 

When police arrived at the home, they found 28-year-old Orenzo Walker sitting on the front porch with a bruised head and the mother standing in the doorway of the home with a 9mm jammed handgun. According to the report, Walker was pistol whipped several times. 

In the report, Walker told the police that he was fully aware of the minors age, and was aware of what he was doing. In the report, Walker says the encounter took place a few weeks ago around 3 a.m. 

The 15-year-old confirmed the incident to police. 

According to the report, police also allegedly found crack cocaine on Walker. 

Police had Walker evaluated at the hospital prior to bringing him into Mahoning County Jail. 

Walker was arrested on charges of possession of drugs, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and illegal conveyance of weapons.
