Sebring man accused of inappropriately touching female minor, providing her alcohol
A Sebring man is behind bars after allegedly inappropriately touching a minor and providing her alcohol back in January.
According to a police report, a student resource officer at a local school requested Sebring detectives to come to the school to interview a female student who was allegedly sexually harassed.
According to the report, the victim, whose age was not disclosed, told police that her mother had been friends with the suspect, 35-year-old Bradley Etto since 2019. The victim stated she viewed Etto as a friend as well.
The victim told police the alleged incident occurred in early January when Etto offered to pay her to come over to his house and clean it. Police say at one point, Etto began drinking whiskey and gave the victim two shot glasses worth of it upon her request.
Police say later on, Etto offered her another drink in exchange for oral sex, which the victim declined stating that she was starting to feel sick.
According to police, the victim went to sleep while Etto was rubbing her back, and when she woke up, Etto was allegedly rubbing the victim's breasts.
Police say the victim went back to sleep and again woke up to Etto allegedly touching her, this time with his hand in her pants.
The victim told police the next day that Etto had asked the victim if he touched her breasts the previous night, but she denied it due to not wanting to ruin Etto's friendship with her mother and fears of what he would tell others.
Police say Children's Services have been made aware of the incident.
Etto is currently in the Mahoning County Jail facing charges of Rape, Unlawful Sexual Conduct With a Minor, Gross Sexual Imposition and Importuning.
