Austintown Meijer location could be open as early as 2025
Construction will begin for the upcoming Meijer Supercenter in Austintown once approval has been given for the final site plan.

AUSTINTOWN, Ohio - A new Meijer location in the Mahoning Valley could be open as early as 2025.
According to Senior Director of Corporate Communications for Meijer, Frank Guglielmi, store construction will begin for the upcoming Meijer Supercenter in Austintown once approval has been given for the final site plan.
Should all plans be approved and work moves forward as scheduled, the new store could be open as early as 2025.
Recently-filed blueprints from the Austintown Zoning Department show that the 160,000 square foot site is planned to be located at 5680, Mahoning Avenue just across the street from Chick-Fil-A.
