Multiple Trumbull County roadway to close week of May 1

Multiple roadways in multiple parts of Trumbull County will be closed during the week of May 1.

TRUMBULL COUNTY, OH - Multiple roadways in multiple parts of Trumbull County will be closed during the week of May 1.

In Brookfield Township, Bedford Road and Broadway Avenue on Route 62 will have various lane restrictions. Starting the following week on May 8, Bedford Road will close completely until early August.

During this closure, the detour will be Stewart Sharon Road to SR-7 to Chestnut Ridge Road for those traveling southbound and Broadway Avenue to SR-62 to U.S. 62 for those traveling northbound.

These lane restrictions and closures are necessary for U.S. 62 intersection improvements.

Meanwhile in Champion Township, SR-305 just east of SR-45 will be closed starting May 1 until May 14 for culvert replacements. The detour will be SR-45 to SR-5.
