The Canfield softball team rallied from behind to beat Steubenville, 2-1, in the Division II State Semi-Final.
The Cardinals trailed Big Red 1-0 heading into the bottom of the 7th.
Gianna Pannunzio scored on a passed ball to tie the game at 1.
Faith Morrell's bunt drove in Hailey Freedy for the game-winning run.
Cardinals pitcher Malena Toth had 11 strikeouts in the win.
Canfield will play the winner of Tallmadge/Greenville in the state championship on Saturday at 12:30 PM in Akron.
