BOARDMAN TWP., Ohio - Students at Boardman’s Robinwood Lane Elementary School will be contributing their talents as plans are underway for a memorial garden in honor of former kindergarten student Anastasia Weaver, who passed away suddenly in late January.

The school’s Sunshine Committee is planting the garden at the school's entrance. Work will get underway this summer in hopes of completion by the start of next school year.

This week, Robinwood Lane Elementary Students will be hand-painting rocks to place in the garden when it's finished.

The committee is still gathering donations from garden centers to make the garden a reminder of the six-year-old who is missed at Robinwood Elementary.

Anastasia’s twin continues to attend Robinwood.
