BROOKFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio - Police have a warrant out for the arrest of a Hermitage man accused of defecating on a floor inside a courthouse in Brookfield.

According to a police report, 48-year-old William James Taylor appeared in the probation office at Eastern District Court on June 5 to undergo a drug test as part of his probation for a previous disorderly conduct conviction.

After Taylor left the building, the probation officer discovered feces on the tiled floor of the office.

A review of the security video showed Taylor had defecated and then smeared the feces with his foot.

Taylor was ordered to return to the office later that day and was charged with criminal damaging.

An arrest warrant was issued for Taylor after he failed to show up for a probation violation hearing scheduled three days later.
