WARREN, Ohio - A Salem woman faces sentencing Tuesday for assaulting an employee at a behavioral health facility in Liberty Township.
Kirsten Kuhns pleaded guilty in May to one County of felonious assault.
The 33-year-old woman was arrested in December after a man working in the Adult Diagnosis Unit of Generations Behavioral Health on Colonial Drive told police that Kuhns swept his leg, "stomping' on his knee, breaking the bone.
The employee told police that Kuhns was upset about being committed to the facility.
