Youngstown Police are responding to a shooting late Friday night.

Lieutenant Mohammad Awad has confirmed with 21 News that one male victim suffered minor injuries and is expected to be OK.

Police were originally called to Donation Avenue between Albert St. and N. Garland Ave. on the city's east side at approximately 9:30pm.

On scene, officers could be seen looking through the broken drivers side window of an SUV.
