State Route 14 will be closed to motorists and is anticipated to affect highways in Mahoning County, starting July 17 for a culvert replacement.

According to the Ohio Department of Transportation, the road will be closed between State Route 534 and State Route 165 through July 21.

Motorists can take State Route 165 to State Route 534 while work is being done.
