The Canfield Fair may be over, but if you still need your fair fix, the Columbiana Street Fair has you covered.

The Columbiana Street Fair kicks off Thursday, September 7 and will feature plenty of rides, food and of course the traditional parade for guests to enjoy.

The festival will kick off with the annual parade presented by the Columbiana Fire Department and sponsored by the Columbiana Tourism Bureau. The parade steps off at 6:15 p.m. and will be led by the Columbiana American Legion Post 290 Color Guard.

The parade will feature dozens of veteran, civic, volunteer and church organizations, as well as plenty of local fire departments showing off their newest engines and nearly 100 different vintage cars.

And of course, the parade wouldn't be complete without hundreds of pounds of candy being thrown for children.

Spectators are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs or stand up at the the intersection of East Park and North Main Street early for the best view of the parade.

Additionally, the Street Fair has book a special date and time for folks with special needs to have the fair all to themselves.

Special Needs Day kicks off Friday at noon, and for the next few hours, special needs students will be treated to a free meal and unlimited free rides courtesy of American Legion Post 290.

Additionally, the Columbiana Street Fair is also running its annual photo contest where amateur photographers were tasked with taking various shots for a chance to be featured in the fair.

All entries will be displayed in the big tent at the fair, and the winning entries will be displayed at the Columbiana Public Library through Saturday, September 23.

When it comes to parking, the street fair offers many free and paid lots, some of which include a shuttle service on Friday and Saturday. The map below will show all lots as well as shuttle drop off and pickup locations. The shuttle service is absolutely free.
