A Trumbull County man accused of beating an 18-month-old baby has returned to Ohio and will face charges.

26-year-old Tyrell Williams faces child endangering and domestic violence charges for allegedly attacking a woman and kicking her toddler across the room of her home on West Market Street in Warren Township.

Williams was arrested by U.S. Marshals in Dolton, Illinois in August, after being named "fugitive of the week" by Marshals in July of 2023.

According to a release, Williams was returned to Ohio after he waived his right to an extradition hearing in Illinois.

In addition to the child endangering and domestic violence charges, Williams will face an escape charge in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court.
