HUBBARD TWP., Ohio - A crash involving a car and a semi-tractor trailer shut down a ramp for about an hour and a half at Interstate 80 and Route 62 in Hubbard.

The collision happened shortly before 4 a.m. Tuesday.

Troopers say a car pulled out of the Love's Travel Stop and was driving the wrong way on Route 62  when it ran into the truck.

First Responders at the scene report moderate damage.  Crews spread sand over the roadway to soak up fluids that had spilled during the crash.

The driver, who submitted to a field sobriety test administered by the Highway Patrol, was arrested for OVI.

No serious injuries were reported.

The wreckage was cleared and traffic moving normally by 5:15 a.m.
