POLICE: Suspect of theft, attempted use of multiple stolen credit cards still at large
Austintown Police are currently looking to identify a male suspect who they say is a person of interest in the theft and use of multiple stolen credit cards.
The suspect (pictured above) was captured on surveillance camera video wearing a winter had and glasses as well as a grey hoodie and blue jeans. He appears to have tattoos on his neck.
According to Detective Sergeant Greg McGlynn with Austintown Police, the theft occurred on Friday, November 10 when two credit cards were stolen from a victim's car.
According to McGlynn, the suspect attempted to use the credit cards at Walmart as well as Home Depot, but both cards were declined at both stores because the victim had canceled them.
Detective McGlynn says as of Wednesday, the suspect is still at large and police still do not have a name.
