FARRELL, Pa. - United States Attorney Eric G. Anshan announced on Monday that a 62-year-old man Farrell man has pled guilty to conspiring to distribute cocaine.

Multiple agencies including the FBI, DEA, Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, PSP and multiple local police departments among other agencies were a part of the investigation. 

Kenneth Miller pled guilty to conspiring to distribute a quantity of cocaine between June 2020 and June 2021. His sentencing is scheduled to occur on April 10, 2024, at 10 a.m. 

The law allows for a sentence of up to 20 years in prison, as well as a fine up to $1 million dollars. The actual sentence is determined by the seriousness of the offense, as well as the previous criminal history of the defendant.
