In Columbiana County, a total of 79 early voters have already stopped in. The Board saw 46 voters on Wednesday and 33 on Thursday. Absentee ballots were sent out Wednesday as well. Data from the Board's website shows that 586 absentee ballots were sent to voters.
Mahoning County had 146 voters cast their ballots Wednesday and didn't have a count for Thursday yet when 21 News spoke to them. Another 1,899 absentee ballots have been sent out so far.
In Trumbull County, 240 people voted early Wednesday. Board officials say the turnout has been low on Thursday because of the weather. They've also sent about 1,400 absentee ballots out as well.
