A man from Sharon could spend up to 40 years in prison for various drug trafficking crimes related to cocaine, heroin and fentanyl.

Nicholas Ostheimer, 26, plead guilty to conspiring to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine, 40 grams or more of fentanyl and 100 grams or more of heroin between 2020 and 2021.

He also plead guilty to distributing cocaine and possessing 500 grams or more of cocaine and cocaine base.

Sentencing for Ostheimer will be on July 30. He could be sentenced between 5 and 40 years in prison and could be fined up to $5 million, according to a court report.

The actual sentence will be imposed on the seriousness of the offences, the report states.
