A woman with a history of child endangering won't go to jail for letting her children roam around State Route 46 unsupervised.
De'Ayra Hudson, 25, of Mineral Ridge appeared before a judge in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court Wednesday where she was placed on probation for three years. She could have been sentenced to a year-and-a-half in prison.
Hudon pleaded guilty earlier to one count of endangering children.
The case stems from a case that happened in May of last year when two children were found unsupervised in the middle of Route 46 in Mineral Ridge.
In a separate case, Hudson pleaded guilty in Niles Municipal Court last year to endangering children.
