Leak shuts down stretch of South Avenue in Youngstown
A section of South Avenue was closed to northbound traffic in Youngstown because of a water main break.

YOUNGSTOWN - A section of South Avenue was closed to northbound traffic in Youngstown because of a water main break.
Water bubbled onto the roadway at around 7 a.m., flooding South Avenue just north of Midlothian Boulevard and south of East Judson Avenue.
While a crew from the water department made repairs, the northbound lane was shut down.
