Columbiana: 9:30 AM - Annual Memorial Day Parade hosted by the American Legion Post 290. The parade route travels down South Main Street, circles back, and ends at Columbiana Firestone Cemetery.

MAHONING COUNTY

Austintown: 10:00 AM - Memorial Day Parade. It starts at Marc's Parking Lot and proceeds to Fitch High School, followed by a ceremony.

Berlin Center: NEO Retreat Center, 16278 Shilling Rd. 8-10 am. Pancake and sausage breakfast. Followed by an ax throwing competition.

Boardman: 9:35 AM - YMCA's Faskidz Youth Running Program's Memorial Mile - Starts at Chili's parking lot (7303 Market Street) and follows a one-mile route down Route 224 to the finish line near the Best Buy entrance at The Shops at Boardman Park.
10:00 AM - Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony hosted by Boardman Kiwanis Club. Begins at Boardman Center Intermediate School on Market Street, travels north to US Route 224, then heads east to Boardman Township Park. In case of rain, the ceremony will be held at the Boardman Park Community Center at 10:00 AM.

Canfield: 10:00 AM - Canfield Memorial Day Ceremony at the Veterans Plaza on the North Village Green. A procession to Canfield East Cemetery and the Canfield War Vets Museum follows the ceremony. Refreshments will be available at the museum after the final ceremony. In case of rain, the ceremony on the Green will be held at Canfield High School auditorium.

Greenford: 9:00 AM - Ruritan Memorial Day Parade featuring floats, antique cars and tractors, scouts, horses, fire trucks, police cars, and decorated bikes. Starts at Greenford Christian Church.

Poland: 9:15 AM - Sons of The American Legion annual Four Chaplains ceremony at the War Memorial Building Post 15 (35 Cortland Street).
10:00 AM - Memorial Day Procession. It starts from Post 15, travels down College Street, turns onto South Main Street for a ceremony honoring those lost at sea on the Main Street Bridge, then continues to Riverside Cemetery for full Memorial Day ceremonies.
10:15 AM - Taps.

Struthers: 8:00 AM - Marine Corps honors deceased Beirut Veterans near 38 Washington Street.
9:00 AM - Ceremony honoring those lost at sea under the Bridge Street Bridge.
10:00 AM - Ceremony at Struthers High School.
11:00 AM - AMVETS Ceremony at Lake Park Cemetery.

Youngstown: 11:15 AM - Smoky Hollow Memorial Day Service at the corner of Walnut Street and Rayen Avenue. It is an outdoor event featuring a guest speaker, refreshments, and handicapped accessibility.

MERCER COUNTY

Hermitage: 10:00 AM - Parade. Starts across from the Shenango Valley Mall on North Hermitage Road, travels south and turns west onto East State Street, ending with an 11:00 AM observance at Hillcrest Memorial Park.

8:00 AM - Doughnuts and coffee on S. Diamond Street.
8:30 AM - Jason Michael's Memorial 5K starts at Borough Building.
9:00 AM - Basement Band performance at the bandstand and vendor displays on the Square.
9:30 AM - Honoree Ceremony on the bandstand.
11:00 AM - Parade.
Noon - Service at Mercer Citizen's Cemetery.

Sharon: 11:00 AM - Memorial Day Parade. Starts at the Sharon American Legion (1395 E. State St.), travels through various streets, and concludes with a ceremony at noon in Oakland Cemetery. A veteran luncheon follows at the Shenango Valley VFW.. 11 am. BBQ ribs for sale, 50/50 raffle

TRUMBULL COUNTY

Champion: 9:00 AM - Rotary Club Parade. Starts at Champion High School, travels onto Route 305, and concludes at Eastern Champion Cemetery with a service.

Fowler: 10:00 AM - Memorial Day service at the Methodist Church (3426 Youngstown Kingsville Rd.), followed by pizza and water at the church. (Parade and Ceremony canceled due to weather.)

Howland: 10:00 AM - Memorial Day service (moved indoors due to anticipated bad weather) at the Howland Scope Center (8273 High Street).
