HOWLAND TWP., Ohio - The Ohio State Highway Patrol is looking for the driver who led them on a chase reaching speeds of 100 mph in Howland.
When a Trooper tried to pull over a car for speeding near Route 46 early Tuesday, the car sped away.
The chase went on for about four miles through several neighborhoods before the car crashed into the woods at the dead end of Summerfield Lane.
The driver jumped out of the car and ran away.
The Patrol knows who owns the car, but is trying to determine if that was the driver.
Troopers say there was virtually no other traffic during the chase.
