WARREN, Ohio - Storms left fallen trees and branches throughout multiple Warren neighborhoods.

The fallen trees and branches lay in yards, streets, telephone poles, and near some homes in Warren neighborhoods.

Resident Joe Baum saw his neighbor's tree fall down, and said this is the worst storm he's ever seen.

"What I saw was rain going directly sideways, and wind blowing so hard that the tree looked like it was going to blow over and hit that house, and it blew over right there. The top broke right off," said Baum.

Resident Christine Chalker ran to her basement during the storm, and said she believes a tornado was over her home.

"Check out the damage. It went right down our street," said Chalker.

Chalker's neighbor was waiting in his car for the storm to end. Before he was able to go inside, a tree from Chalker's yard fell onto his car. The resident said it took him 30 minutes to get out. Another resident said he heard a boom, and later saw the man crawling out of his car window.

"The way it came down, and he was in the inside of the van, I'm glad he didn't get hurt," said Gary Hall, Warren resident.

Just down the street, the scoreboard at the Warren City Schools baseball field was destroyed from the storm.
