Ohio grants $238,900 to create 43 new jobs in Austintown

The Ohio Department of Development announced the release of nearly $239k through the Regional 166 Direct Loan Program to KJ3 Ohio.
KJ3 Ohio is a real estate holding company and is planning on using the money to go toward the purchase and renovation of the property located at 5211 Mahoning Avenue in Austintown.
It will be leasing the property to Advanced Technology Partners LLC and Mirkin and Associates Inc., which does business as Comfort Keepers, a company that offers senior living assistance appliances and technology.
Advanced Technology Partners, LLC is an IT managed service provider that provides computer, network, data, and IT solutions for small to midsize companies.
Comfort Keepers assists seniors in living safely and independently at home by providing personal care, assistance with daily activities, and transportation
The project is estimated to cost just under $800k total and is expected to create 43 new full-time-equivalent jobs and retain 181 jobs.
The Regional 166 Program aims to promote economic development and the creation of jobs by providing low-interest loans to businesses with low or limited funds.
