Woman sentenced to 33 days in jail for driving while intoxicated with child in car in Warren
36-year-old Trista Vlasic pled no contest to one count each of endangering children and OVI and was found guilty on both charges.

A Cleveland woman charged after she was found to be driving while intoxicated with a child has learned her fate.
According to court records, 36-year-old Trista Vlasic pled no contest to one count each of endangering children and OVI and was found guilty on both charges.
Judge Natasha Natale sentenced Vlasic to 33 days in jail followed by five years of probation on those charges.
The charges stem from an incident at a McDonald's restaurant in Warren when an employee noticed Vlasic nodding on and off in a parked vehicle with a child inside.
Police said Vlasic told officers she was there to get the child food, but got tired. She was determined to be intoxicated following a field sobriety test.
