A suspect Brookfield Police described as "armed and dangerous" following a shooting in November of last year has pleaded guilty to felonious assault with firearm specifications.
Twenty-nine-year-old Joshua Bryant was arrested in early November of 2024 following a dispute where Bryant shot at a Pennsylvania man five times right off Addison Road in Brookfield. The man was not hit but all five rounds struck his vehicle.
Police found and arrested Bryant at a Youngstown hospital while he was seeking treatment for an unrelated ailment. He was promptly booked at Trumbull County Jail.
Following the guilty plea, Bryant was sentenced in Trumbull County Court to upwards of four years in prison.
