Ohio State representative Tex Fischer proposes a bill that would prevent Ohio State football from starting any marquee game at noon, with the exception of Michigan.
Fischer is recommending no game can start prior to 3:30 pm that features a state university.
According to the bill, violating it would incur a $10 million dollar fine against the host team conference or the television network.
While this is focused on Ohio State there are other state schools that play at noon and would affect their schedule, etc.
