Greenville man accused of raping 11-year-old boy for over two years

A Greenville man is in Mercer County Jail awaiting a preliminary hearing on charges he sexually abused an 11-year-old boy for more than two years.

GREENVILLE, Pa. - A Greenville man is in Mercer County Jail awaiting a preliminary hearing on charges he sexually abused an 11-year-old boy for more than two years.

State police arrested Christopher White, 66, at his home Thursday after receiving a referral from the ChildLine system regarding potential sexual abuse.

Police interviewed the alleged victim the same day. The boy told investigators White had been abusing him for more than two years, including sexual intercourse and other forms of deviate sexual intercourse. The boy also told police White had photographed multiple instances of intercourse.

White faces five charges related to the incident. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 16 before Judge Davis.
