Wedgewood Plaza in Austintown sold to new owner

AUSTINTOWN The Wedgewood Plaza in Austintown is now under new ownership.

According to the Mahoning County Auditor's website, the plaza was sold to BDA Wedgewood LLC by K & F Property Austintown LLC for $2,373,500 on Monday, July 8.

The section of the plaza with the former Wedgewood Lanes building, which now houses a fitness center, was not included in the sale. The Auditor's Office shows this section to be owned by 1741 Raccoon Road LLC.

The section that is included houses several businesses including El Cowboy, Pizza Hut, Save A Lot, Top Nails, Sugar Showcase and Wedgewood Ramps Skate Park.

It is unclear at this time if the new owner plans on making any changes to the plaza.
