Norquest Boulevard is set to close beginning Friday, December 5 between Ohltown Road and Howard Avenue for a sanitary sewer construction project.

23-year-old Mikklo Delgado was arrested on charges of felonious assault, tampering with evidence, improperly discharging a firearm into a habitation, possession of criminal tools and two counts of inducing panic.

A second person was also injured in the incident but is now in stable condition.
