Delphi will see a shake up at the top. 

Steve Miller will step down from the CEO post but will continue to oversee the company's reorganization. He will be replaced by current COO Rodney O'Neal.

There's also new leadership at IUE local 717. New Shop Chairman Mike O'Donnell tells 21 News he's optimistic they can reach an agreement with Delphi by the January 31st deadline.

But he says GM and Delphi have to be willing to bargain. O'Donnell says, "We're not going to sell out our membership for low wage jobs just to keep jobs.  If they are not jobs worth coming to they're not worth having."

 O'Donnell says he believes they will head back to the bargaining table early next year.
