Two cousins are facing murder charges in connection with a homicide in Youngstown on June 26th.
Jason and Jonathan Clay, both 24, were arrested Monday in East Liverpool.
The two are charged with the drive-by shooting death of Terrence Brown outside his sister's home on Woodcrest Avenue.
