There's still no contract in place, for workers at Thomas Steel Strip in Warren.

The company's last best offer expired at midnight Sunday night, and workers told 21 News they weren't accepting that agreement.

The company president and CEO, Dennis Wist, tells 21 News he's expecting a proposal from the union this week.
