The start of football practice is right around the corner for the Youngstown State Penguins and Head Coach Jon Heacock is back to a full staff.
21 Sports has learned that Mike Kolakowski is the Penguins new secondary coach replacing Mike Zordich who left for a job with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Kolakowski was the Penguins defensive coordinator in 2006 and co-coordinator a year earlier.
Kolakowsi left the Penguins for a job with Central Michigan where he has been the past few seasons.
